Everyone keeps asking me how I lost sooo much weight in such a short time so I'm starting to show you all how.
Step ONE - section your plate...every time.
The photo here shows that almost HALF of your plate should be filled with vegetables. Cooked or raw, this is where you fill up your tummy for lunch or dinner and don't have to feel cheated in any way.
The rest of your plate is divided into 1/4 Carbs and 1/4 of Protein, a fruit and a glass of milk. Do not skip the fruit and dairy as they add to you feeling full and chemically help with keeping your sugar down. Try a smaller plate too... it works!
Step TWO - walk 45-60mins a day
Walk every day in the morning before it gets too hot so that your engines are fired up for the day of burning calories. Walking works for me. Take short strides, stretch before you go and wear a hat to cover up the sleepy head! Get a buddy to walk with you - you will always feel peer pressure to get up if there is someone meeting you on the road.
